How can I book a ride?
You can easily book a ride via our booking page on the website. Fill in your details, pickup location, destination, date, and time, and we will contact you as soon as possible to confirm the ride.
How far in advance do I need to book a ride?
We recommend booking your ride at least a few hours in advance. For airport transfers or long journeys, it is advisable to do this a day in advance.
Can I also book a ride last minute?
Yes, subject to availability, we can also arrange last-minute rides. Please contact us by phone or via WhatsApp for this.
Can I change or cancel my reservation?
Yes, please contact us regarding this as soon as possible. We always try to process changes or cancellations as flexibly as possible.

Which airports do you drive to?
We provide transport to Schiphol Airport and Rotterdam The Hague Airport, among others. Other airports in the Netherlands or neighboring countries are also possible upon request.
Is the driver following my flight?
Yes, for airport transfers we take your flight information into account. In the event of a delay, we will adjust the pick-up time if possible.
Where do I meet the driver at the airport?
The driver will contact you in advance to agree on a clear meeting point at the airport.
Does the driver help with luggage?
Yes, our driver will of course help you with loading and unloading your luggage.

What kind of vehicle do you use?
All journeys are conducted in a fully electric Mercedes EQV. This vehicle offers ample space, comfort, and a quiet, premium travel experience.
How many people is the vehicle suitable for?
Our Mercedes EQV comfortably seats up to 6 to 7 passengers, depending on luggage.
What region do you drive in?
We provide services throughout the Randstad, including Amsterdam, Rotterdam, The Hague, and Utrecht. Longer trips outside this region are also possible upon request.
Is the service sustainable?
Yes, we drive a fully electric Mercedes EQV. This allows our customers to travel comfortably and environmentally friendly.
